Disability Workshops & Training

We run culturally safe and sensitive workshops, under Chatham House rules. We can also include wheelchair challenges with your team.

Keynote Speaking - lived experience & Resilience

Mark will share with you his journey through his life, sharing the highs and lows, talking on challenges he faced with major events leading to his disabilities and how they changed his life forever, and after all this now becoming a strong leader and advocate becoming resilient to hand daily challenges.

Mark is a strong and passionate Leader, Keynote speaker, advocate, consultant, and advisor with over a decade of lived expertise in the disability sector, Mark founded MRB Access and Inclusion Consulting to help government agencies and organisations across the Asia-Pacific region create truly inclusive and accessible environments for all.

Marks lived expertise is backed by a diverse background - including proud service in the Australian Army, a Justice of the Peace WA, And as an Australian Para Athlete.

Mark's journey is deeply personal. Living with disability has given him not only insight, but a powerful drive to push for systemic change. He knows firsthand the barriers that exist - and knows how to break them down.

Rikki is passionate consultant and advocate for accessibility and inclusion, with lived experience, A strong commitment for improving access for all members of the community.

She brings valuable insight of those living with disability and works hard to help create safe, inclusive and welcoming environments for everyone.

Rikki has worked on projects with the NDIS, City of Melville and Perth Airport providing practical inputs.

Rikki is also a published author, sharing her experiences and perspectives to raise awareness and promote understanding of accessibility and inclusion.

Rikki believes that accessibility is about more than compliance, it's about independence, dignity and equal opportunity for all.
